* Responsible for the overall human resource activities within the organisation.
* Primarily the role would involve ensure compliance of all statutory requirements of registration.
* Renewal, inspection pertaining to various legislation under the factories act.
* Maintain rapport with state government and central government bodies and ensure statutory requirements are in place.
* Representing organisation before government authorities on various compliance issues.
* Conduct factory audit with client projects for conducting external suppliers and manufacturers.
